It applies the diffused silicon sense chip,which is more suitable for the low pressure measurement.  and it is specifically designed for low pressure in the tough automotive application. this pressure snesor is designed to perform in the underhood harsh environment such as temperature extremes, vibration, thermal and mechanical shock, and corrosive chemical.
